Star Magnolia

The star magnolia blooms late in the winter, or you could say early spring. Usually its days are filled with the rain and clouds typical of the season.  Although the bright white pedals gleam on sunny days, their subtle details are more evident, more elegant on the gray days.

    • Thank you Sharon. I happen to really like this one too. Sometimes, the photos I get are a wonderful surprise – the color, mood, and lighting all came together on this one in that way. Have you started seeing any signs of Spring in Finland yet?

What do you think? I'd love to know
